Billion Law client MBG Holdings, Inc., was listed as a defendant in a RICO suit because it allegedly borrowed money, on a secured basis, stolen from a FedEx subsidiary.  Billion Law has moved to dismiss the claims citing the lack of enterprise, pattern or predicate acts, as well as based on jurisdictional concerns.  The motion is currently pending before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
