Billion Law filed USA Rugby's sub-chapter V bankruptcy today.  One of the first filed under this new provision of the Bankruptcy Code, which permits smaller organizations to reorganize outside of the absolute priority rule and with payment terms, USA Rugby expects a successful exit in short order.
