About the Lawyer
Pete joined Billion Law as counsel in 2019, where he has handled some of our most important cases. He also maintains his own practice at Avenue Law. Pete's litigation and bankruptcy experience runs the gamut, from recently winning a victory before the United States Court of Appeals in a bankruptcy dischargeability action to securing what at the time was Delaware's largest wrongful foreclosure judgment. He also obtained one of the first student loan discharges under the new DoJ guidelines and has litigated multiple commercial disputes in courts across Delaware, including its Court of Chancery and Superior Court.
